Tony De Anda
Owner | Co-Founder
Tony De Anda co-founded Siphon Holdings in 2019. Tony’s expertise covers the full development lifecycle, from due diligence and acquisition to finance, entitlements, engineering, sales, and construction.
He previously worked for Sunbelt Holdings located in Scottsdale, Arizona in which he directed the development of real estate for the Vistancia Master Planned Community. ​

Jesse Haines
Owner | Co-Founder
Jesse Haines co-founded Siphon Holdings and brings over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and large-scale operations leadership. His expertise spans engineering design, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and construction oversight for public and private infrastructure projects throughout Arizona.
Jesse has directed complex utility and civil improvement projects including water distribution systems, sewer collection lines, roadway construction, and federal facility infrastructure upgrades. He previously managed an $85 million multi-year federal contract at Yuma Proving Ground, overseeing operations, maintenance, renovation, and construction across 2.5 million square feet of facilities on 850,000 acres.​
